Frequently Asked Questions
- What counts as a signal?
- A signal is any inbound event processed by the Warpflow pipeline: an incoming message, form submission, missed call, or custom webhook payload. Each event counts as one signal.
- What is an AI signal?
- An AI signal is a signal that uses LLM-powered classification to detect intent, urgency, and sentiment. AI signals are a subset of total signals and have their own plan limit.
- How does Warpflow compare to an answering service or VA?
- Answering services typically run $500+/mo just to take a message, and virtual assistants cost $2,000+/mo for a single channel. Warpflow Signals provides 24/7 cross-channel intelligence, instantly classifying and qualifying leads for a fraction of the cost.
- Is Warpflow Signals HIPAA compliant?
- Yes. Our infrastructure relies on enterprise-grade cloud architecture with built-in encryption, audit logging, and strict data boundary controls suited for healthcare and medical spa deployments.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Pro tier with up to 200 signals. After the trial, you can choose a plan or be automatically downgraded.
- What is a comms allowance?
- Each plan includes a monthly credit for SMS, MMS, and voice calls. Usage beyond the allowance can be topped up with credit packs starting at $25.
- How are phone numbers billed?
- Local DIDs are $5/mo and toll-free numbers are $15/mo. Numbers are added as needed per location and billed separately from your plan.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
- Do you offer agency volume pricing?
- Yes. Agencies managing 10+ locations can contact us for custom volume pricing with discounted per-location rates.
- But my patients want to talk to a real person.
- So do ours. Signals handles the 80% of interactions that are predictable — pricing questions, scheduling, after-hours responses, follow-ups. The 20% that genuinely need a human arrive at your staff with full context and a summary of what the lead needs. Your team spends time on conversations that matter, not playing phone tag.
- What about complex questions the AI can't handle?
- Signals is not trying to replace your staff for complex conversations. When it detects a question outside its guardrails — clinical details, sensitive situations, unusual requests — it escalates immediately with a complete summary. Your staff picks up mid-conversation, not from scratch.
- We already use GoHighLevel / Zapier. Why do we need this?
- GoHighLevel is a great CRM. Zapier connects tools. Neither one classifies your leads, scores urgency, or generates compliant responses. Signals sits on top of your existing stack — it reads from GHL, routes through your rules, and writes back. It makes your current tools smarter, not redundant.
