How do I get started with Warpflow Signals?

What happens during my free trial?
You get full access to Pro features for 14 days — AI classification, lead scoring, and automated replies. After the trial, you can pick a plan or your account moves to the Core tier automatically. No credit card required to start.
How do I connect my GoHighLevel account?
Go to Integrations in your Signals dashboard and click Connect GoHighLevel. You’ll authorize the connection and choose which location to sync. Messages, contacts, forms, and appointments flow automatically once connected.
What is a "signal" and how does billing work?
A signal is any inbound event Warpflow processes — an incoming message, form submission, missed call, or webhook. Each event counts as one signal toward your monthly plan limit. AI signals are signals that use AI classification and have a separate limit on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Can Warpflow handle messages outside business hours?
Yes. Set your business hours in the dashboard and Warpflow automatically responds to after-hours messages with templates you choose. Leads get an instant reply even when your office is closed.
Is my patient/client data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in US data centers, and protected by strict access controls and audit logging. For healthcare practices, our infrastructure is HIPAA compliant with built-in safeguards for protected health information.
