What is Warpflow Signals?
Warpflow Signals turns every inbound message into an opportunity. When a lead texts your business, submits a form, sends an email, or calls after hours, Signals processes it instantly, classifying intent, scoring quality, and triggering the right response automatically.
Here's how it works:
- A message comes in: SMS, email, missed call, form submission, or webhook from any connected platform
- AI understands it: intent, urgency, and sentiment are detected automatically (Pro and Enterprise plans)
- Your rules decide what happens: routing rules match conditions and trigger actions like sending a template, creating a task, or escalating to your team
- The right response goes out: personalized replies, follow-ups, and CRM updates happen without manual work
Signals works with or without AI. On the Core plan, rules-based routing handles everything using channel, source, and business hours. On Pro and Enterprise, AI adds classification, lead scoring, and smart reply generation.
