Availability and setup information for the Signals email integration.
Availability
Warpflow enables email integration per account. When email is enabled for your account, managers can connect a mailbox from Settings > Email.
Capabilities
The email integration provides:
- Inbound email classification, scoring, and routing
- Replies from the Work Queue with threading, aliases, and rich text
- Email threads alongside SMS and voice in the conversation timeline
- Automatic discovery of aliases on your domain
HIPAA-enabled accounts
Email also remains restricted for HIPAA-enabled accounts because the integration does not include a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Healthcare, dental, medspa, and medical aesthetics accounts are HIPAA-enabled by default.
