Warpflow includes a Dental preset designed for dental offices and DSOs. It loads routing rules, templates, brand voice, and Signal Guard compliance rules in one click.

  1. Go to Industry Presets in your dashboard
  2. Select Dental
  3. Click Apply and confirm

Brand voice

The preset selects the Warm Professional persona, which is empathetic and reassuring. This works well for dental patients who may be anxious about their visit.

Signal Guard

The Dental preset includes compliance-enhanced Signal Guard rules:

  • Prohibited phrases: "diagnose," "prescribe," "guaranteed results"
  • Escalation keywords: "allergic reaction," "infection," "malpractice"
  • Urgent keyword escalation: messages containing urgent medical keywords (like "allergic reaction" or "infection") are automatically escalated to your team
  • Compliance rules: No medical advice in AI replies, always recommend scheduling an appointment for clinical questions
  • AI judge: Evaluates every reply for compliance before sending

What to customize first

  1. Templates: update with your practice name, phone number, and online booking link
  2. Business hours: set your actual office schedule
  3. Brand voice persona name: for example, "The Smile Care Team"
  4. Hygiene recall timing: adjust the recall sequence timing to match your practice's recall interval
  5. Test with the test runner: paste real patient messages and verify the rules fire correctly
