Warpflow includes a Legal preset designed for law firms and legal practices. It loads routing rules, templates, brand voice, and Signal Guard compliance rules in one click.

  1. Go to Industry Presets in your dashboard
  2. Select Legal
  3. Click Apply and confirm

What the preset includes

Routing rules

RuleWhat it does
After-hours intakeSends an immediate response to potential clients who reach out after hours. Speed determines who wins the client.

Case intake qualificationAI classifies the inquiry type and scores lead quality, so your team focuses on the best cases first.

Brand voice

The preset selects the Trusted Expert persona: authoritative, professional, and concise. This matches the tone clients expect from a law firm.

Signal Guard

The Legal preset includes strict Signal Guard rules:

  • Prohibited phrases: "legal advice," "guaranteed outcome"
  • Escalation keywords: "malpractice," "negligence," referrals to specific legal statutes
  • Compliance rules: AI never provides legal counsel or opinions, always directs to scheduling a consultation with an attorney
  • Expert escalation rule: Any question requiring legal knowledge is automatically routed to your team; the AI won't attempt an answer

These Signal Guard rules are critical. A chatbot offering legal opinions creates liability. Warpflow prevents this by design.

What to customize first

  1. Templates: update with your firm name, phone number, and consultation booking link
  2. Business hours: set your office hours (note: after-hours rules are what capture leads when you're closed)
  3. Brand voice persona name: for example, "Smith & Associates"
  4. Practice areas: if your firm focuses on specific areas (personal injury, family law, criminal defense), add relevant terms to your brand voice preferred vocabulary
  5. Test with the test runner: paste real client inquiries and verify that legal questions escalate and general inquiries get appropriate responses
