Warpflow includes a Real Estate preset designed for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. It loads routing rules, templates, and brand voice in one click.

  1. Go to Industry Presets in your dashboard
  2. Select Real Estate
  3. Click Apply and confirm

Brand voice

The preset selects the Warm Professional persona: professional yet personable. Real estate clients want an agent they can trust, not a robot.

What to customize first

  1. Templates: update with your name/brokerage, phone number, and scheduling link
  2. Business hours: real estate hours often extend into evenings and weekends. Set your actual availability.
  3. Brand voice persona name: for example, "Sarah at Riverside Realty"
  4. Lead scoring weights: if budget and timeline matter most for your market, increase those weights on the Lead Scoring page
  5. Open house follow-up timing: customize how quickly the first follow-up goes out (within hours of the open house is ideal)
  6. Test with the test runner: paste real buyer inquiries and verify scoring and routing
