1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Warpflow platform ("Service"), operated by Infinite Solutions Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Warpflow provides AI-powered content block generation, CMS integration, and lead signal routing tools. The Service includes web applications, APIs, documentation, communication features (SMS, voice, email), and related software packages.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Send text messages or place calls to individuals who have not provided valid consent as required by the TCPA and applicable state laws
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated abuse
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Infinite Solutions Group LLC. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

6. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through the GoHighLevel Marketplace or directly. Usage is metered per your plan tier. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Plan changes take effect immediately.

7. Free Trials

Free trials provide limited access to paid features for a specified period. At the end of the trial, your account may be downgraded to the Core tier unless you select a paid plan.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data necessary to provide the Service and comply with applicable laws.

9. SMS and Communications

Use of Warpflow's communication features (SMS, voice, email) is governed by our SMS & Communications Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By enabling or using any communication feature, you agree to the SMS & Communications Terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from recipients before sending messages or placing calls through the platform, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not affect any obligations that survive by their nature.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
